She was a journalist – In 1980 she focused in the Press Relations and Public Relations.

She entered a PR agency as a press attachée, this company was at this time held by Jean-René Fourtou for the BOSSARD Group. She dealt with pharmaceutical companies such as Searle-Monsanto, Smith Kline Beecham, Bristol Myers Squibb, The “Lilly Days” of diabetology, Glaxo Corporate. In politics, she organized the “Convention Libérale” with Jacques Chirac, Valéry Giscard d’Estaing and Raymond Barre, which put together more than 20.000 VIP (ministers, senators, deputies). At the age of 24 she became manager of the PR agency.

In 1988, she took courses at the San Diego University and created her own agency specialized in the Health Press Relations and politic events.

Some important achievements:

1989, She organized conferences in Strasbourg and Brussels European Parliament, and participated in the launch of the euro. She collaborates with cabinets such as Jacques Delors’, Valéry Giscard d’Estaing’s and Giovanni Agnelli’s.

1995, She took part in the launch of “Tamtam” (Cegetel), the famous pager. She won the “High-Tech Press Relations” Award.

Between 1997 and 2001, she strengthened her activity in the health department. She won 2 Press Relations Awards and 4 Press Relations Awards (Strategies Magazine).

1999, she brought her activity to the international level by organizing the Young Presidents’ Organization Paris Experience (900 participants) and obtained an accreditation from the YPO network.

2001, she organized the social part of the YPO Global Leadership Conference – GLC

2002, Using her knowledge in the PR, she decided to create Capital Image with Gaël de Vaumas, a PR agency specialized in new technologies. She launched www.santepress.com, the first website dedicated to the health journalists. It has today more than 300 journalist registered.

2004, Capital Image took part in the Ballester Study about PR agencies and ranked among the “Top 10 of tomorrow agencies”

Stéphanie Chevrel graduated from the French Press Institute and took the communication classes of the Universities of Harvard (Boston) and SDSU (San Diego State University). She’s a member of the SYNAP, Information Press & Communication (IPC) and the French Press Club. She’s also a founding-member of the YEO Paris (Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization).
